Backup file

Save a full JSON copy of your saved stock, stock-take progress and transaction history. Downloading it does not change your stock.

An occasional extra copy outside Cloudflare—for example, after a big stock-take. Keep it somewhere you can find if you need to restore it.

Restore a backup

Choose a Stock JSON file to preview its saved stock, stock-take progress and history. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Files up to 8 MB upload automatically in small pieces. Use a backup from this inventory, or recover into an empty database.

Automatic copies

A complete safety copy is saved before the first change each London day and before each restore. Preview a copy before deciding to restore it.

Reverse latest restore

A restore can be reversed here before any newer changes.

Saved stock on this device

A last-confirmed copy lets you read stock offline. It may be out of date. Editing and history need a connection. Someone with access to this device may read the copy even after your cloud sign-in expires.

Keep occasional JSON backups separately; this device copy is not a recovery backup.
